In accordance with the Transparency in Coverage (TIC) regulations, health insurers and group health plans are required to create Machine Readable Files (MRFs) containing negotiated rates for in-network providers. These files also include allowed amounts derived from historical claims for out-of-network providers, ensuring you have a clear understanding of healthcare costs.
