Dhahran Primary Care services have transitioned to an appointment-only system for both adult and pediatric patients. This change is designed to enhance the quality of care by ensuring you receive focused attention during your visit.

Planning ahead is now easier than ever. You can readily schedule your in-person appointments via MyChart or by calling 800-305-4444. For those who may arrive without a prior booking, same-day appointments will be accommodated based on availability. This transition ensures that everyone receives the necessary care in a timely and organized manner.

To further support your health needs, Primary Care Direct Call Services have been expanded. Adult patients can access general health advice by phone:

  • Sunday to Thursday: 12 p.m. to 7 a.m. the next day
  • Weekends & Holidays: 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. the next day

Pediatric direct call services are available seven days a week, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. the following day. Simply dial 800-305-4444 to connect directly with a primary care provider. This service offers immediate access to medical guidance from the comfort of your home.
