Available Positions for Summer 2025
Opportunities at 2025 Summer Residential Sites: Our 2025 residential programs will be hosted in various locations including Maryland, Pennsylvania, California, New York, and Rhode Island.
Opportunities at 2025 Summer Day Sites: Day programs in 2025 will be held in Baltimore, West Los Angeles, and New York City.
2025 Key Dates for Summer Programs
Session Dates for Most Sites (excluding UC Santa Cruz, Skidmore College, and Speyer School):
- Session One: June 22 – July 11
- Session Two: July 13 – August 1
Session Dates for UC Santa Cruz, Skidmore College, and Speyer School:
- Session One: June 29 – July 18
- Session Two: July 20 – August 8
Staff Arrival Dates:
- Site Administrators: For Session One, administrators arrive the Sunday before academic and residential staff to participate in orientation and training. This includes key roles such as Site Directors, Academic Deans, and more. Senior administrative staff also attend mandatory training the first Saturday and Sunday in June.
- Instructors, Teaching Assistants, Program Assistants, and Resident Assistants: Session One staff in these positions should plan to arrive the Thursday before students arrive for training and acclimation. Session Two staff generally arrive the Saturday before student arrival, with Speyer School staff arriving the Thursday prior due to campus availability.
