However, the interpretive reports for these images are available. If you require access to these images or any other records not found on your portal, please contact our Health Information Management department for assistance at Health Information Management.

How quickly will my lab results be available in the St. John Portal?

St. John’s Health is committed to providing you with timely access to your health information. Typically, your test results are posted to your St. John Portal within hours of being finalized. Please be aware that this means you may see your results before your healthcare provider has had the opportunity to review them.

Important Note: If you prefer to discuss your results with your provider before viewing them, you may choose to wait. It is crucial to protect your privacy by being cautious about sharing your portal username and password, as anyone with this information will be able to access your results as soon as they are posted.

What should I do if I didn’t receive my email invitation to the St. John Portal after registration?

If you have registered but haven’t received your St. John Portal email invitation, please first check your email spam or junk folder, as the invitation may have been filtered there. If you are unable to locate the invitation, please contact your St. John’s provider’s office directly to request a second invitation. For general questions or assistance, you can also call 307-739-7501.

Can I enroll my spouse, child, or other family member in the St. John Portal?

Yes, parents or legal guardians of children under 18 years of age can request portal access to their child’s account during the registration process. However, in accordance with privacy regulations, this access will automatically be revoked when the child reaches the age of 18.

For accessing the health information of another adult, the adult must first complete an Authorization to Release Medical Information. This form can be obtained by emailing [email protected].

Are St. John Portal accounts available for minors under 18 years of age?

Generally, St. John Portal accounts are not offered directly to minors under the age of 18 unless they are legally emancipated. Emancipated minors who wish to enroll can do so by providing a state-issued ID along with valid documentation confirming their emancipated status, such as a marriage certificate, military ID, or court documents.
