For customers within the continental USA, we provide FREE DOMESTIC GROUND SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100. This offer extends to any location within the contiguous 48 states, including PO Boxes, and also encompasses APO and FPO addresses. Your order will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, ensuring reliable delivery.
Please note that processing time, which is separate from shipping time, typically takes 1–3 business days. During peak seasons such as holidays or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
For orders not qualifying for free shipping, or for expedited options, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. These rates are determined by the weight and dimensions of the items ordered, as well as the destination address. Keep in mind that oversized or unusually shaped items, such as furniture or posters – or perhaps even a large collection of John Waters books – may be subject to additional shipping fees.
For deliveries within the contiguous 48 US States, the standard shipping transit time is 3–7 business days.
Extended Domestic USA Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico does not qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs to these locations are calculated at checkout. Similar to the contiguous states, order processing time is 1–3 business days, with a shipping transit time of 5–7 business days. Again, oversized items might have extra charges.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are destination-dependent. This includes locations such as Guam, American Samoa, and other US Territories outside of the contiguous United States, as well as all other international addresses. International delivery times typically range from 5–20 business days, excluding any time spent in customs or import inspections. Please be aware that shipping costs do not include any applicable taxes or import duties. The recipient of the order is responsible for paying all taxes and duties upon delivery, either to the postal carrier or their local government agency. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free international shipping at this time.
For enhanced security, all orders with a total retail value exceeding $300 USD require an adult signature upon delivery. This ensures that your valuable purchases, perhaps including rare editions of John Waters books, arrive safely into your hands.
Please also note that Modernica Chairs are shipped directly from the factory and are excluded from our free shipping offer. Shipping charges for Modernica chair orders are calculated at checkout. All Modernica chair shipments are handled by UPS and also require an adult signature for delivery.
Finally, for our customers in Minnesota, a $0.50 Minnesota Retail Delivery Fee will be applied to all online orders over $100. This is a mandated fee by the State of Minnesota and applies to qualifying online orders.
