The 2024 study by J.D. Power implemented a revised satisfaction index, evaluating airports based on seven key dimensions that are crucial to modern travelers. These include: Airport Arrival Experience, Airport Departure Experience, Ease of Navigating Through the Airport, Terminal Facilities, Food, Beverage, and Retail services, Airport Staff service, and crucially, the Level of Trust travelers have in the airport.
