Once you have settled into your villa, a quick call to the Mango Deli will arrange for prompt delivery of your pre-ordered groceries directly to your door. Even if you find yourself needing to replenish your supplies during your stay, the same convenient service is available. Simply complete the online form and contact the Mango Deli to schedule a delivery.
How to Place Your Grocery Order
Ordering your groceries is a straightforward process designed for your ease of use:
- Browse Categories: Explore the various grocery categories available to discover all the items you can choose from.
- Select Quantities: For each item you desire, simply enter the quantity you wish to order.
- Add to Cart: After you have finished selecting items within a category, click “Add to Cart” to compile your selections.
- Review Your Cart: Take a moment to review your order to ensure accuracy and make any necessary adjustments.
- Checkout: Once you are satisfied with your order, click “Check Out” to proceed.

- Orders up to $49.99: A flat fee of $7.50 per order.
- Orders from $50 to $99.99: A flat fee of $10 per order.
- Orders over $100: A 10% service charge will be applied to the total order amount.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your grocery order, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 15% restocking fee on the entire purchase amount. If you need to cancel your villa reservation or change your check-in date, it is crucial to inform the Mango Deli to adjust your grocery order accordingly.
Pricing Note: Grocery prices are subject to a potential increase of up to 10% due to fluctuations in grocery costs between the time you place your order and your arrival at the resort. Rest assured, our pricing remains competitive with local convenience stores in the area.
Substitutions: In the event of limited grocery availability, we reserve the right to substitute items with similar products or brands. If you are not satisfied with any substitution, you have the right to refuse those items upon delivery without any restocking or cancellation charges.
